Ranch Raised Beef

In 2020 we started a new journey by offering our Ranch Raised Beef for sale to the public. It has been something we have wanted to do for quite some time now, and are so happy to be able to provide grass-fed beef to your family. We offer beef whole, half, or you may purchase retail cuts that have already been processed. Our beef is processed at a local USDA inspected facility and dry aged for 10-14 days to further enhance flavor and tenderness producing a premium grass-fed beef product from our Texas ranch. We work directly with our customers to select the cuts of meat that best fit their needs.

At Dancing Diamond Ranch, we care for our cattle, and the land they enjoy. They are born and raised with their mothers in large grass pastures till weaning at 6-8 months. The steers held back are then started on small amounts of feed to aid in muscle growth while in their large grass pasture. Our operation entails a vaccination protocol, excellent mineral and supplement program, along with a growth and hormone free environment. We utilize low stress cattle handling and protocols in our procedures that align with the Beef Quality Assurance Program. Being selected by their natural ability to thrive on mainly grass, they are grass fed and lightly grain finished for high quality, lean meat. By harvest date they average 1,200 lbs. or more at time of live delivery to processor. You can feel confident knowing you are supporting one local Texas ranch all the way from our herd to yours!
